Join us for a free 8-week series of Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention. Classes are 30 minutes each and offered twice per week. Come to any class you can attend, or come to all of them! The classes teach a progressive series of movements, so it's helpful to attend as many as possible. This evidence-based program, developed through the Tai Chi for Health Institute, is designed to support balance, mobility, coordination, posture, and fall prevention through flowing Tai Chi-based movement.
